By installing, downloading, and/or using the Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use and other N.I.Biz Soft policies (including the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, etc.) posted on the Platform from time to time. This becomes a legally binding agreement starting from the date you download, install, or use the Services.

The Platform may be used by (i) individuals aged 18 years or above, and (ii) corporate legal entities. Where applicable, these Terms may be subject to country-specific rules.

USE OF PLATFORM AND SERVICES

All commercial/contractual terms are between Buyers and Merchants only. This includes:

• Price, taxes, shipping costs

• Payment methods

• Delivery period & method

• Warranties & after-sales service

N.I.Biz Soft does not control, determine, or interfere with these terms. N.I.Biz Soft may provide support services (order fulfilment, payment collection, call center, etc.) under separate agreements with Merchants.

N.I.Biz Soft is not responsible for:

• Non-performance or breach of contract between Buyer and Merchant

• Product unavailability, back-orders, delays, or damages

• Food/products not meeting customer expectations

• Incorrect or wrong items served by the Merchant

• Unavailability of certain menu items

All product details and images are provided by Merchants. Images on the Platform are representative only and may not match the actual product delivered.

PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

To use our service, you must create an account. We may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address

• Demographic info (e.g., zip code)

• Optional profile information

You may edit your profile anytime. You are responsible for keeping your sensitive information safe.

Delivery periods shown are estimates and may vary depending on Merchant processing and other unavoidable circumstances.

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided during checkout. Any changes in delivery location may result in cancellation or extra fees, at our discretion.

If delivery fails due to wrong instructions or failure to accept delivery, the goods will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

For online payments, you must use your own valid credit/debit card. Card details are handled only by authorized third-party payment processors. N.I.Biz Soft does not store card details.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following actions are prohibited on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Violating any laws

• Posting unlawful, obscene, defamatory, abusive, or hateful content

• Cyberbullying or posting dangerous/risky behavior

• Posting personal information of others

• Posting URLs, HTML, programming code

• Spamming

• Impersonation

• Collecting user data without consent

• Harassment, stalking, threatening behavior

• Encouraging any prohibited activity

N.I.Biz Soft reserves the right to:

• Investigate and remove any violating content

• Terminate user accounts

• Edit or delete any content

• Monitor activity on the Platform

AMENDMENTS

N.I.Biz Soft may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.

PAYMENT

N.I.Biz Soft may add or remove payment methods anytime. Online payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. N.I.Biz Soft does not store card data. We are responsible for handling:

• Refunds

• Chargebacks

• Cancellations

• Payment disputes

if reasonable and in accordance with these Terms.

CANCELLATION

N.I.Biz Soft may cancel any order at any time due to:

• Product/food unavailability

• Delivery location out of coverage

• Operational or unavoidable circumstances
