Refund policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through the N.I.Biz Soft Platform (“Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

1.1 Product/Item Unavailable

A refund will be issued if:

  • The ordered product is out of stock

  • The merchant cannot fulfill your order

1.2 Order Canceled by N.I.Biz Soft or Merchant

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • N.I.Biz Soft cancels the order due to unavoidable circumstances

  • The merchant cancels the order

1.3 Incorrect or Damaged Items

Refund may be applicable if:

  • The merchant delivers the wrong item

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product delivered is completely different from what was ordered

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video).


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You provided an incorrect delivery address

  • You were unavailable at the time of delivery

  • You refused delivery without valid reason

  • You changed your mind after the item is prepared, dispatched, or delivered

  • Minor variations in product images vs. actual product (images are representative only)

  • Delay caused by traffic, weather, merchant processing, or unavoidable conditions

Once an order is marked Delivered, it cannot be refunded unless there is a valid complaint with proof.


3. Digital or Non-returnable Items

For digital, perishable, or custom-made items, no refunds are applicable unless the product is not delivered or is proven defective.

Examples:

  • Software licenses

  • Downloadable files

  • Food items already prepared

  • Personalized or custom-made items


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the same payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider)

  • In some cases, refunds may be provided as wallet credit or voucher

Cash-on-delivery orders may be refunded via:

  • Mobile banking

  • Bank account

  • Wallet credit

You must provide accurate refund details.


5. Order Cancellation

N.I.Biz Soft reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Merchant operational issues

  • Out-of-coverage delivery location

  • Technical errors

  • Any unavoidable circumstances

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund (for prepaid orders).


6. Contact & Complaints

For refund requests or order issues, you must contact our support within 24 hours with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Valid supporting evidence (photo/video)


7. Policy Updates

N.I.Biz Soft may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
